The Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer based in Coimbatore, India with a strong understanding of ERP and CRM to join our team – someone who can understand and talk technical but can also converse in plain English with our clients and us. You will be a senior member of the team responsible for the delivery of BI & Analytics projects with highest standard and quality for our new/existing clients based in Australia and New Zealand.

You will be joining a very young and dynamic business who have started operations only a few months back so the role would fit someone who is keen for taking up the challenge of building the team from ground zero.

You Will Have

• 6+ years as a developer/team lead in the Business Intelligence field.
• Business Requirements Analysis.
• BI Architecture & Dimensional Modeling.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Technologies (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, PowerBI)
• Good experience with one or more data visualisation tools: Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI.
• Microsoft Master Data Services (MDS) experience would be a plus.

It is an Advantage to Have

• Strong understanding of ERP Systems and business processes.
• Multidimensional Modeling for Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• R/Python, Statistical Modeling.
• Experience in latest Microsoft Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure SQL Data Warehouse etc.

The Role
We are currently looking for a Lead Consultant – Applications to join our Sydney office. You will bring energy, strategy, structure and oversight to our cloud based development projects from inception through to execution. You will lead our clients to understand and interpret their needs to deliver clever, effective, technology-enabled solutions in an efficient manner.

To be successful in this role you must have a solid understanding of technical concepts (cloud, development, integration) and be a results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple clients and projects at the same time.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Direct and control your projects, managing the day to day autonomously.
• Ability to lead clients and project teams with confidence.
• Leading design sessions with clients and project teams to understand requirements and define solutions.
• Creating, analysing, and validating detailed technical and functional specifications.
• Anticipating risks and issues early and coming up with solutions.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends, understanding how these relate to the services Walkerscott
• offers enabling you to speak confidently and recommending them to clients.
• Proactively identifying new opportunities.

You Will Have

• 5+ years digital project management / delivery experience with a solid understanding of technical concepts.
• Ability to effectively manage complex large scale projects with remote teams.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and ability to solve complex problems by breaking them down.
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills
• An eye for detail and a focus on quality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.

It is an Advantage to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps and/or DevOps processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Understanding and/or experience with systems integration and APIs.
• Experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence reporting environment.
